The Lounge Diner

The main floor offers a comfy, well equipped home from home, with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area for the family to eat together. There’s plenty of comfy sofas and chairs for everyone to sit, relax, play games and socialise.

The large French windows lead to an outdoor patio area with extensive incredible views of the tidal river, estuary and the sea. These views, as you'll see in the photos, are ever changing, from high to low water every 12 hours.

The Kitchen

We provide all the usual kitchen consumables. Also teatowels, handtowels, dishcloths, oven gloves. More than enough crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking and baking equipment. Basically -it's a home from home.

On the first floor, there's a well-decorated main bedroom, with king size bed and boasting a beautiful balcony. Here you can relax looking over the water and watch the everchanging tides. Or, stay comfy on the bed, let the sun stream in and enjoy the seaside sounds drifting in.

The twin bedroom has a chest of drawers and large wardrobe and is perfect for two children or sharing adults alike. The hallway leads to the family bathroom which has a bath, an overhead shower and a contemporary heated towel rail.
